1. International Shipments
All orders shipped outside of the United States are considered international shipments.
2. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
- Responsibility of the Customer: Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees levied by the destination country are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid at the time of your purchase from Sabine Dew.
- Customer's Obligation: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are collected by your local customs authority or postal service upon delivery of your order.
- Why These Fees Exist: These fees are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are applied to imported goods. Sabine Dew has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
3. Avoiding Unexpected Charges
We strongly advise all international customers to contact their local customs office or postal service for more information regarding potential duties, taxes, and fees before placing an order. This will help you understand and anticipate any additional costs that may apply.
4. Refusal of Delivery
If an international order is refused upon delivery due to unexpected customs duties or taxes, the package may be returned to Sabine Dew. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and any customs fees incurred on the return. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued.
