1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sabine Dew purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return:

Timeframe: The request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, to qualify for a full refund.

Exception for Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with an opened product, please contact us. While we generally require products to be unused for a full refund, we assess these on a case-by-case basis. Your feedback is invaluable to us.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from our website (https://www.sabinedew.com) is required. We cannot accept returns for products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Returns initiated beyond the 30-day window.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at support@sabinedew.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).

Packaging: Securely package your item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.

Shipment: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sabinedew.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sabinedew.com, and we will guide you through the process.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Care team immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@sabinedew.com with photographic evidence of the damage and your order number. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
Sabine Dew reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
